After several days of debileración regarding the drafting of this note, we report the following:

On Saturday 09/04/2010 we were visited by several OM and one of them, after listening us on his portable radio , send a spot to the cluster announcing EE2W. Later on he was invited to operate a while, on the time being we did not realize that after that action he was "disabled" to operate.
Therefore, when the contest is over we analyzed what happened and we decided to send our log as a Checklog due to a inadvertent misoperation by one of the EE2W operators resulting in a selfspotting.

As part of EE2W, we are strongly involved in the fight against bad practices during radio contest, Consequently, we cannot go againbst our convictions even though we understand it is a mistake without malice.
